Randall Steele - President
Bradley (Brad) Balen-Treasure, joined the Laguna Concert Band in 2014 and has been member of the board since 2015. He began playing French horn at the age of 12 and enjoyed playing in both high school and college bands and orchestras. Brad received his undergraduate degree in Business Administration from USC and has a Certified Financial Planner, CFP® designation. He has worked in the banking industry for over 30 years and the last nine years has been with City National Bank as Senior Vice President as a Senior Private Banker. Brad’s volunteer board experience includes 4 years Treasurer at Long Beach Museum of Art and 3 years on the board of Leadership Tomorrow as well as fundraising committees for Discovery Science Center and Goodwill of Orange County. Brad and his wife, Grace live in Tustin.

Sue White - Board Member - Sue took up the trombone VERY late in life. The Laguna Community Concert Band was kind enough, ten years ago, to let her play with them as she improved. She received two degrees from the University of Michigan, a BA in general science and a degree in Education. After graduating, she worked in the Speech Correction Department in the public schools until she started her family. Sue has served in a variety of capacities: starting in grade school as secy of the Junior Sailors of the Milwaukee Yacht Club, chairman of the yearbook in high school, president of her sorority at the University of Michigan, volunteer with the junior League for 20 years, helped raise funds for the OCPAC, and served on the board of Emerald Bay Comm Ass.After raising her four children she became certified as a hearing aid dispenser and opened her own business.
She and her husband Dennis live in Laguna Beach
